About the role

Green Hotel is an inspiring meeting place in the heart of Tällberg – with panoramic views of Lake Siljan. We are currently in an exciting phase with major investments ahead, and we are now looking for a Reception & Conference Manager who wants to help create structure, hospitality, and quality in the guest experience.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the reception, staff, scheduling, and ensuring our routines are followed in daily operations.

The role also involves driving and developing sales at the reception, with a focus on private guests, upgrades, packages, beverages, and events.

You are also responsible for the operational preparation of conferences after sales have been completed. This includes ensuring details are in place upon arrival, welcoming conference leaders, and making sure the right conditions are met on-site before the event is handed over to the restaurant team.

You serve as a key link between the guest, sales, conference services, and operations.

Full-time position, 100% – day/evening/weekend
