MEGINEL is in an exciting establishment phase in Sweden and is now looking for a Sales Manager who wants to take a key role in building the business from the ground up.

About the role

As a Sales Manager at MEGINEL, you will play a central role in establishing the company on the Swedish market. You will be responsible for creating business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales towards several players within electrical grid infrastructure.

The role combines new customer acquisition, relationship building, and technical advisory, where you work closely with customers while receiving strong support from our sister company in Norway.

You will, among other things:

• Identify and contact customers within power grid companies, consultants, contractors, and wholesalers
• Conduct customer meetings and present technical solutions
• Work with needs analysis, quotations, and project-based sales
• Build networks in the industry and participate in relevant events
• Follow up on deals and drive processes forward

The role involves a high degree of independence and travel within Sweden.

About the company

MEGINEL AB is a Swedish company established to expand the operations of EL-tjeneste AS into Sweden. The sister company EL-tjeneste was founded in 1982 and is an established supplier of products and solutions for electrical grid infrastructure in the Nordic region, with its own product development and production.

The company offers, among other things:

• Aluminum constructions for power grids
• Cable and mounting solutions
• Smart grid products

With a focus on aluminum as a material, they offer solutions with lower weight, longer lifespan, and a better sustainability profile than traditional alternatives. MEGINEL is now building its presence in Sweden – in a market with significant investment needs within electrical grid infrastructure.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience from the power grid industry and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, business, and relationship building.

We believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience from the power grid or power industry
• Experience in technical sales or similar customer-facing roles
• Understanding of complex sales processes
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working with power grid owners, consultants, contractors, and wholesalers
• An established network in the industry

• Fixed salary: 60,000 – 85,000 SEK/month (depending on fit for the role)
