About AniCura Regional Animal Hospital Bagarmossen At AniCura Regional Animal Hospital Bagarmossen, we provide highly specialized veterinary care – 24/7, year-round. The hospital is located just south of Stockholm and has offered advanced care to dogs and cats for over 50 years. About the position With us, you will have a clinical daily routine with great variation – from planned visits to acute situations requiring quick and safe handling. It is an environment where your experience is put to use every day, but where you also continue to develop constantly.
You will work with dogs and cats in a modern hospital environment together with experienced colleagues in several specialist areas. Depending on your background and interests, you can work broadly or deepen your knowledge in certain areas – for example, surgery, internal medicine, or emergency medicine.
The work involves scheduled shifts day, evening, weekend, and public holiday, with the possibility of night shifts for those who thrive in that environment. You work independently on your cases, but always with a strong and accessible team around you – veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and animal care assistants who collaborate closely in daily life.
Who are you? We are looking for you who are a licensed veterinarian with experience in clinical work with dogs and cats. You are confident in your professional role and used to making independent decisions, but still curious to develop further.

What we offer We offer a workplace with high competence, modern resources, and close collaboration between different specialist areas. Here you have access to advanced diagnostics and experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge – both in the big picture and in daily work.
With us, development is a natural part of everyday life. Together with your manager, you set an individual development plan based on your experience, your strengths, and where you want to go in your veterinary role. For some, this means deepening within a specialist area, for others, further development towards, for example, Step 1 competence. We do not believe in ready-made templates – we believe in creating the right path together.
The culture is characterized by care, collaboration, and a strong desire to develop as a team. We value a work environment where people help each other, share experiences, and are close to both laughter and support in daily life.
Of course, we offer collective agreements, occupational pension, and fitness benefits. The employment is a permanent position with an initial probationary period.
