Our sister company intends to submit a bid in an upcoming public procurement in the Gothenburg region and therefore wishes to strengthen its network with several experienced consultants within the fields of environment, sustainability, and business development.

The assignments include both strategic and operational issues concerning the analysis, development, implementation, and improvement of sustainable working methods, governance, and management.

As an employed consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to qualified assignments related to the analysis, strategy, development, and implementation of sustainable working methods, often in close collaboration with public actors and complex organizations.

Areas of Competence

• Strategies, working methods, and routines within the environmental field
• Strategies, working methods, and routines within sustainability work and social responsibility
• Implementation of environmental management systems according to ISO 14001, EMAS, environmental labeling, or similar standards
• Sustainability reporting according to legal requirements and GRI
• Environmental investigations, LCA analyses, GAP analyses, and risk analyses
• Basis for decision-making, recommendations, and action plans within environment and sustainability
• Control and audit of legal compliance
• Audits within environmental management systems and sustainability work
• Evaluation and analysis of environmental performance, working methods, and routines
• Circular economy and strategic transition work
• Sustainable behaviors and nudging projects
• Strategies within electrification and preparedness
• Digital environmental data, system integration, and business support
• Training, seminars, workshops, and inspirational lectures within environment and sustainable development
• Digital sustainability and environmental training, including e-learning platforms

We believe you have:

• Relevant academic education in fields such as environmental science, sustainable development, urban planning, engineering, or equivalent
• Documented experience of qualified assignments within one or more of the specified areas of competence
• Very good knowledge of relevant methods, standards, and regulations, such as LCA, LCC, GHG Protocol, CSRD, and sustainability governance
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and in complex assignments in collaboration with multiple actors

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• Public sector and complex organizations
• Climate analysis and climate adaptation work
• Change management and sustainability training
• Human rights, OECD Guidelines, and UN Principles
• Auditing and implementation of management systems

To be considered, you must be able to provide:

• At least two (2) reference assignments from different operations
• Completed and final delivered assignments
• Not older than three (3) years
• Assignments within relevant areas of competence
• Good technical competence within your specialist area, as well as good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and standard contracts. You must be able to provide relevant documentation if needed.

References must demonstrate experience with assignments of corresponding complexity and include contact details, assignment description, and duration.
