About the position

At Solgården, we are now looking for three new colleagues due to retirements. We are looking for you who are a care assistant and want to contribute to the good care of the elderly living with us. Solgården is a special housing facility with three units, one of which is a dementia unit. The residence is located in Ingatorp with its beautiful surroundings and nature. At Solgården, we work extensively with activities where we collaborate with many volunteer organizations and associations.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include personal care, daily chores such as cleaning and laundry, social activities, medication management, and various representative roles. You will work as a care contact for your users and actively work with implementation plans, social documentation, and you will plan and carry out interventions. You will also collaborate with our home care services and other actors, such as relatives, volunteer activities, etc.

The duties include ongoing personal care work, service tasks, rehabilitation based on the user's needs, and healthcare interventions according to delegation from a nurse. You will have significant personal responsibility, which includes documenting, writing implementation plans, and participating in the planning and execution of interventions.

Qualifications and Merits

Qualifications: We are looking for you with education as a care assistant. Experience within elderly care is meritorious. In connection with the recruitment, you must present your proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
