As an Account Manager, you will work on building long-term business relationships. You will serve as a key contact person between our clients and our recruitment services, contributing to companies developing with the right competencies.

StudentConsulting is an established company in staffing and recruitment, with roots in a student corridor in 1997. In this role, you will independently identify potential clients, schedule and conduct meetings, and present our services within recruitment and staffing. During meetings, you analyze the client's needs and offer relevant solutions. You will also be responsible for quote preparation, negotiations, and have close collaboration with our internal teams for delivery. Bonus is paid on all completed deals, giving you the opportunity for continuously increased compensation based on results.

The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, on-site at our office in central Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work 1 day/week. Salary is paid in the form of a fixed base salary plus commission. The employment is covered by a collective agreement with Unionen. A valid B-driver's license is required.
