We are looking for an experienced truck mechanic for day shift work at our client's workshop. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing trucks and heavy superstructures, as well as close collaboration with the workshop team to ensure high quality, operational reliability, and satisfied customers.

• Perform servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electronic systems on trucks and superstructures according to work orders and manufacturer instructions.
• Install and adapt superstructures, hydraulics, pneumatics, and accessories; read and follow drawings and assembly instructions.
• Conduct test drives and functional tests, verifying the functionality and safety of repairs before delivery.
• Perform welding and sheet metal work as required, and collaborate with other professional groups to solve complex tasks.
• Document completed work, report deviations, and follow company procedures for quality, environment, and safety.
• Contribute to improvement work to streamline processes, increase quality, and reduce waste and rework.
• Maintain and care for tools, measuring instruments, and workstations, contributing to a safe and orderly work environment.

• Several years of documented experience as a truck mechanic or working with heavy vehicles and superstructures.
• Good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems; experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Experience in installing and adapting superstructures, with the ability to read drawings and work orders.
• Welding skills and practical experience with sheet metal work are advantageous.
• Relevant certification or license (e.g., forklift license, crane license) is advantageous.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written, for internal collaboration and documentation.
