🎯 About the role

As a salesperson with us, you work with representing several of the Nordics' most well-known brands – via telephone. Your task is to understand the customer's needs and present tailored solutions with a focus on added value and long-term relationships.

🌟 What we offer you

💰 Fixed salary of 17,000 SEK and commission from the first sale – It is important to us that you feel financially secure while opportunities for high salaries remain! Average salary is 35,000 SEK.
📚 Training – Everyone who starts at Bigacom, regardless of whether they are in Sweden or Spain, undergoes the same training.
🚀 Career opportunities – Several of today's managers started as salespeople. Not to mention the opportunity, with good results, to move to our office in Spain where we have even more employees.
🏢 Fresh office in Stadshagen. We have been here for the last five years.

🔍 We are looking for you who:

Have strong drive and ownership. We give you the tools, but you must build it yourself.
Have strong communicative and social skills and express yourself effortlessly in Swedish, both in speech and writing.
Are competitive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
Have the desire to develop within sales and customer relations.
Are available for full-time work, Monday to Friday.

📌 Previous experience within sales is meritorious but not a requirement. We believe in potential and provide you with all the training you need – the most important thing for us is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to connect with people.
