Are you a registered nurse looking for a flexible and meaningful job? We are seeking hourly registered nurses for our operations.

About Us:

The Health and Medical Care Office needs to recruit several nurses who can substitute permanent staff due to various types of absence. In this role, you are expected to support our operations within home care, care and housing facilities, LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and social psychiatry.

We work from a holistic perspective where the patient is always in focus. Here, you have the opportunity to fully utilize your skills as a nurse, both in clinical work, independent assessments, and close collaboration with colleagues. Your role is significant, and here you have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Together, we strive to create security, high quality, and respectful treatment for every patient. As a nurse with us, you work to promote health and prevent illness to strengthen the patient's health and well-being.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing patients' conditions.
  • Sampling, infusions, wound care.
  • Palliative care.
  • Performing planned and acute health and medical interventions.

Rounds are conducted in collaboration with the responsible physician at the health center where the patient is registered. In your role, you work both independently and in close cooperation with the team. You support and supervise nursing staff, motivate, delegate, and contribute to shared learning. Documentation is done in Treserva, planning in TES, and communication is handled via Lifecare.

Your Role in the Team:

Qualifications

You are a confident and stable nurse with a flexible and solution-oriented attitude, and you enjoy working in various operations. You have the ability to delegate tasks clearly and responsibly, always putting the patient's best interests first.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a registered nurse.
  • Has a driver's license and good driving experience.
