What does the role entail?

As a shop assistant, your primary task is to create a first-class customer experience. You help the customer find the right product by:

• Listening to needs and guiding them to the right solution.
• Presenting Snushus products with energy and knowledge.
• Ensuring the store is tidy, well-stocked, and inspiring.
• Participating in product training and keeping up to date with the assortment.
• Ensuring the store follows responsible sales practices regarding tobacco products.

Who are you?

You have a natural feel for service and thrive on meeting new people. You are motivated by taking responsibility and doing that little extra for every customer.

• Has an interest in service.
• Enjoys working in a store and meeting customers every day.
• Is social, attentive, and self-driven.
• Has previous experience working in a retail environment.

Other details

The position is a hourly employment starting immediately and extending indefinitely. You will be employed as a consultant via Sparx Branding AB but will perform the job for Snushus in their store in Halmstad.

Since we operate in a regulated industry, it is important that you are comfortable working with tobacco products, where responsible sales and age verification are a natural part of everyday life.
