Customer Success Specialist – A Key Role in the Green Transition

About the Role

As the number of electric vehicles increases, so does the need to support and develop existing customers in the long term. The company is therefore looking for a Customer Success Specialist for Stockholm, responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and continued growth within the customer base.

The role entails overall responsibility for customer relations and is an important part of the commercial team. Through a proactive and business-driven approach, the role contributes to customers getting maximum value from the company's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Work proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction and value-creating collaborations
  • Identify new needs, business opportunities, and expansion potential within the customer base
  • Drive initiatives, improvements, and joint projects together with customers
  • Responsible for ongoing customer dialogue, monitoring customer satisfaction, and renegotiations

Qualifications and Attributes

The company is looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing and commercial role, such as in customer success, account management, or sales. The role suits someone who thrives on taking initiative, building trusting relationships, and working long-term with customers.

To succeed in the role, one must be able to work in a structured manner, take ownership, and handle both positive and more challenging customer dialogues in a professional and secure way. The role requires fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing, where Swedish is a requirement in customer dialogues. A B-class driver's license is an advantage.
