We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst for a global e-commerce assignment focused on driving online sales, improving conversion rates, and optimizing the customer experience across multiple markets.
In this role, you will work data-driven to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and support both global and local teams in the development of the e-commerce platform. You will play a key role in ensuring that product listings, pricing, campaigns, and user experience are continuously optimized to generate business results.
You will also contribute insights regarding customer behavior, segmentation, and retention to strengthen long-term customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.
Your Responsibilities 🛠️Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Build dashboards and visualizations for KPI tracking
Optimize conversion flows, UX, and the digital customer journey
Work with product listings, pricing, and campaign tracking
Support local markets in the implementation and use of the e-commerce platform
Segment target audiences and analyze customer behaviors
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Data-driven recommendations for increased online sales
Dashboard solutions and clear KPI tracking
Identified areas for improvement in conversion and customer journey
Analysis of customer segments, retention, and lifetime value
Support to markets regarding e-commerce performance and implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, e-commerce, or business analysis
Very strong analytical skills and experience in translating data into business insights
Experience working in international and global organizations
Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
Good knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis
Experience with e-commerce analytics, funnels, UX, and conversion optimization
Very good communication skills in English
Experience with customer retention and lifetime value analysis
Experience working in complex global e-commerce environments
Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing
Analytical and structured
Result-driven and business-minded
Self-motivated with good collaboration skills
Communicative and confident in international environments
