About the Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for driving and implementing improvement projects with a focus on process development, system support, and business efficiency. The role involves overall responsibility from the planning phase to implementation, ensuring that changes are anchored and function within the organization.

You work systematically with project planning and follow-up, often supported by tools such as MS Project and Excel. A key part of the job is analyzing and developing processes, primarily in close collaboration with procurement. Travel may be required for this role.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Drive improvement projects focused on more efficient working methods and processes
• Ensure information is handled correctly in business systems and integration between systems
• Act as a link between operations and IT, translating needs into practical solutions
• Work with change management, supporting the organization in the transition to new working methods

Your Profile

You have a natural aptitude for structure, problem-solving, and process development, which makes you thrive in a role where you can drive and improve working methods. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different roles. Through your experience from larger organizations, you have also developed a good understanding of how different parts of the business are interconnected.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as industrial economics, procurement, Supply Chain, or project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of MS Project or similar
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Good skills in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)

The position requires you to undergo and pass security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.
