We are now looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Northern Sweden, based in Umeå or Skellefteå. The role involves working at our facilities in Luleå, Boden, Piteå, Skellefteå, Umeå, and Lycksele. As a Service Technician at Nordic Wellness, you are a key part of our operations team, working to ensure our clubs maintain the highest quality – both in function and atmosphere. Your work is hands-on and varied, involving everything from servicing gym equipment and repairing building faults, to renovating spaces and handling urgent tasks that require quick decisions. Our goal is to reach 600 clubs by 2030.

Your responsibilities include: 🔧 Performing repairs, troubleshooting, and minor construction work 🏋️‍♂️ Ensuring our equipment operates optimally and safely 🏢 Handling general building maintenance and service 🚐 Traveling between our clubs in the region as needed 📅 Planning, prioritizing, and following up on your own work orders

We are looking for someone who: ✔ Has experience in property maintenance, construction, or technical upkeep ✔ Is self-motivated, solution-focused, and accustomed to taking initiative ✔ Thrives in a physical, fast-paced work environment ✔ Has good teamwork skills but also enjoys working independently ✔ Is flexible and can take on various tasks with short notice ✔ Holds a valid driver's license (Category B)

A degree from the Property Management program or similar technical education is an advantage, but the most important factors are the right attitude, commitment, and work ethic.
