About the role

As a Digital Lead, you are responsible for driving, coordinating, and implementing digital initiatives that create value in both production and administrative functions. The role is operational and broad, involving a mix of analysis, coordination, practical execution, and dialogue with the business, acting as a bridge between business, IT, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital initiatives from idea to established practice within both production and administrative processes.
• Identify digitalization opportunities based on business needs, pain points, and goals.
• Collaborate with business representatives, IT, architecture, data/BI, automation, and external suppliers.
• Drive the digitalization of production-proximate processes, such as planning, monitoring, traceability, and exception handling.
• Support the implementation of digital working methods in the workshop environment in close dialogue with operators and production engineering.
• Simplify information flows, reduce manual work, and increase transparency within administrative and engineering-proximate processes.
• Contribute to better decision-making through data, visualization, and structure.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in change management and project management.
• Good understanding of industrial processes and production.
• Good understanding of IT systems and digital applications that support business processes.
• Experience in implementing larger system solutions previously.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in data analysis.
• An academic background in computer science or IT.
