We are looking for employees to work at our logistics center in Sköllersta

As a Warehouse Associate at Atria, you ensure that our customers receive their goods on time and with high quality. You will be part of a work team of approximately 40 colleagues where collaboration and community are key values.

In the role of Warehouse Associate at Atria, you will primarily work with

• Receiving and handling goods from our raw material production as well as from external suppliers
• Picking goods according to customer orders using reach trucks
• Restocking finished products with push-back racking in our high-bay warehouse
• Ensuring that the goods you pick are correctly stacked on pallets and secured for delivery
• Handling our automatic pallet center and SRS conveyor, as well as restocking SRS bins to production in our automatic SRS stacker

Who we are looking for

Picking and dispatching take place several times throughout the day as our customers have different delivery times. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well against deadlines. We prefer candidates who are competitive and have previous experience in order picking. We always prioritize joy in our factory, and a strong work ethic is a given for us. We expect you to value these same priorities.

We require that you

• Are at least 18 years old due to legal requirements for operating machinery
• Hold a forklift license with A1-B4 certification
• Have a driver's license and access to a car
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to follow our safety regulations related to occupational health and food safety

The forklift is your primary work tool, which you use daily. Therefore, we consider it an advantage if you have work experience from warehousing and good forklift skills. Previous experience in food production is also a plus.

Since we handle food products, we work in a cold storage warehouse where the temperature is approximately 4 degrees Celsius.
