About the role

Do you have experience with outbound calls and thrive in a combination of service and sales? Then this might be the right role for you. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service representative who wants to continue developing in a role where customer dialogue, results, and business go hand in hand.

What does the job entail?

You will have daily contact with customers via phone, where you both help, guide, and drive sales. The focus is on outbound calls where you follow up, present solutions, and ensure that the customer's needs are matched with the right offer. You work structured towards goals and become an important part of a team that likes pace and clear results. The position is located in Stockholm.

We would like you to have

• At least one year of background in outbound telephone operations
• Experience in sales combined with customer service
• Habit of working towards set goals
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of digital systems
