Do you want to work in B2B sales where you drive the entire business and develop within an ambitious sales team?

Workly has developed an all-in-one HR platform primarily targeting companies with 20 to 100 employees. This is a target group with entirely different prerequisites, challenges, and needs compared to companies with internal HR departments, which are the traditional focus of HR systems. Workly has identified a gap in the market, and our innovative product team has created a unique platform that is now being very well received.

With increased demand and customer growth, we are now recruiting more salespeople who want to join Workly's growth journey and grow with us.

The Sales Role 📋

You are responsible for the entire business process, from first contact to signed contract. You actively drive your own pipeline through prospecting and self-scheduled meetings, supplemented by external appointment setting. You sell a product with clear demand in the target group, providing excellent opportunities to create deals and drive processes to closure.

You will:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct demos with potential customers
  • Drive the entire sales process from first contact to close
  • Negotiate and sign new customers
  • Work systematically in the CRM and manage your pipeline
  • Ensure a professional handover to Customer Experience

Develop within an ambitious sales team 🚀

At Workly, development is part of everyday life. We continuously work on pipeline reviews, analysis of recorded meetings, 1-on-1s, and sales forums where we concretely work on how we can improve in different parts of the sales process. This gives you a strong foundation to succeed and develop further within sales.

The team currently consists of 3 salespeople, and we will soon grow to 5.

Experience and Background 🙋🏼

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience driving deals from prospecting to signing
  • Experience with CRM systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in service sales
  • Experience from SaaS or tech

Scope: Full-time, permanent employment (6-month probation period applies)

Salary: Fixed base salary

Commission: Uncapped commission according to a clear performance-based model. Good results motivate a clear progression in base salary.

Start: August

Location: Uppsala, office near the central station

Flexibility: Primarily working from one of our offices (Uppsala & Gävle) with the possibility of working from home one day per week.
