About PEAB
PEAB is the Nordic community builder with approximately 13,000 employees and a turnover of 59 billion SEK. With a local presence and strong roots in the Nordics, PEAB develops, builds, and constructs sustainable communities – from housing and schools to infrastructure and commercial properties.
Data and analytics play an increasingly central role in PEAB's business. In line with increased digitalization, new regulatory requirements, and higher expectations from both customers and the market, the group is investing in modern data platforms and analytics solutions to create traceability, insights, and better decision-making support.
About the Role
As a Backend Developer in the Analytics team, you will work on developing and further developing PEAB's Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will become part of a delivery team that ensures the business has access to high-quality data and insights.
The role is backend-focused, and you will work closely with solution architects, team leads, lead architects, and platform owners. In practice, this means you will develop according to defined designs and models, contributing your technical expertise to create stable, scalable, and well-structured solutions.
Work takes place in an environment where priorities may change, and several initiatives run in parallel. Therefore, flexibility, collaboration skills, and a structured approach are important parts of the role.

We also believe you have:
- An educational level equivalent to at least three years of completed university studies
- 3-5 years of experience in backend development within BI/analytics
- Good experience with ETL/ELT and data integration
- Experience working with DBT
- Good understanding of data modeling and methods such as Kimball
