Gardener/Groundskeeper - Season 2024

Both gardeners and groundskeepers work with us. We are growing rapidly and need more staff in all our areas, seeking gardeners and groundskeepers with relevant education or experience for seasonal work starting in April 2024. Duration as long as possible depending on the weather, but absolutely at least 6 months!

As a gardener, we are looking for you who want to work independently with responsibility for your own clients. Planning the work, booking it in, and then with the help of colleagues ensuring it is carried out according to the client's wishes.

We are also looking for you who want to work with garden maintenance and planting, where you as part of a pair or a group maintain gardens according to the foreman's instructions. We will determine together how independent the work should be. Our tasks include pruning, weed control, all forms of soil improvement, mowing and trimming, planting, leaf management, etc.

We work with biodiversity in mind and great environmental consideration, trying to incorporate environmental thinking at all levels and inform our clients to choose the best alternatives for their gardens and the environment together with them.

Qualifications:

• Since you will be driving both larger and smaller lawn mowers, it is an advantage if you have machine experience.
• Merit if you have a chainsaw certificate.
• A B-driving license is required; merit if you can drive a car with a trailer.

Personal qualities:

• Punctual, meticulous, and social.
• Can handle a high work pace, is self-initiative, and sees what needs to be done.
• A pleasant attitude towards our clients.
• You should have good teamwork skills but also the ability to independently take responsibility for the execution of tasks.
• Great emphasis is placed on you having good physical fitness and extensive knowledge about gardens and plants.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.
