About the Job

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and customer service
• Is fluent in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing
• Has basic knowledge of Excel
• Thrives in repetitive tasks
• Has some knowledge of and interest in technology, particularly electricity and mechanics
• Holds a manual transmission driver's license (at least category B)

To succeed in this role, you are a self-motivated person who takes ownership of your tasks and initiated projects. As a Caretaker/Service Technician, it is important that you are meticulous and methodical in your approach. You should also be open to quick planning changes, as situations may arise where certain tasks must be resolved immediately. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

As a Caretaker/Service Technician at ILEMA, you will work in close collaboration with the education and service manager, the laboratory manager, and the company's environmental consultants. The work will include, among other things, servicing, repairing, and cleaning equipment, light vehicle maintenance, property maintenance, and other tasks, large or small, required to ensure smooth operations. Some simpler laboratory work may also occur.

The role is suitable for someone who primarily enjoys working at a smaller company where you play a key role. You should enjoy working independently, be eager to learn more, analyze your own work, and like discussing different solutions with your team. Since you will also work closely with your colleagues, it is important that you have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
