We are currently looking for an Internal Control Specialist for our client in Västerås.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the evaluation of risks related to financial reporting, as well as developing, implementing, and continuously improving effective internal control processes within operational units in the assigned region/country. The position involves coordinating internal control activities and ensuring compliance with Group policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• Experience as an Internal Control Specialist, Quality Control Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and internal control methodologies.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
