About the role

As a maintenance technician at the Operations Center, you will work continuously in shifts and be part of a team that receives alarms for properties across all facilities in the Region of Östergötland. You will work to improve the operation and maintenance of the hospital, as well as system monitoring. Since the hospital is constantly developing, you will work with a focus on modern healthcare in complex and interesting buildings.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assessment and handling of incoming alarms
• Corrective maintenance at the University Hospital in Linköping
• Preventive maintenance (e.g., rounds of technical rooms and filter changes)

This position requires a successful security clearance.

About you

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You collaborate well with others, even though you largely work independently. You are a meticulous and quality-conscious person who is skilled at problem-solving. You work in a structured manner with good prioritization skills and are stress-resistant.

To succeed in the role, you have

• Relevant technical education in areas such as ventilation/cooling/heating/energy
• At least 3 years of experience in property management/maintenance
• Experience with operational monitoring
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
