As an ambulatory consultant with us in Västerås, you will be employed by Effektiv and work on-site at our clients' premises within a radius of 7.5 miles. You are an important representative and ambassador for us, contributing to the high-quality delivery of our assignments every day.

In the role of an ambulatory consultant, you will work on-site at our clients' premises within warehousing, logistics, and production where the need exists. The tasks vary depending on the assignment but may include:

• Picking and packing
• Inbound and outbound deliveries
• Forklift operation
• Material handling
• Other common warehousing and production tasks

Working hours may be scheduled during the day or in two shifts, meaning you need to be flexible and able to work different hours depending on the assignment.

You will work within an ambulatory area up to 7.5 miles from Västerås, so a B-class driver's license is required.

This role is for you if you enjoy variety, a fast pace, and practical work. You thrive in an environment where you can be active, take responsibility, and quickly adapt to new tasks and teams.

We are looking for someone who is driven, flexible, and enjoys practical work. You are a team player who takes responsibility, has a strong work ethic, and is not afraid to jump in where needed.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a B-class driver's license
• Hold forklift licenses A and B
• Can work both day shifts and two-shift schedules
• Are willing to work within a radius of 7.5 miles
• Have experience in warehousing, production, forklift operation, assembly, or similar work

As a person, you are reliable, positive, and easy to collaborate with. You adapt quickly to new workplaces and tasks, contributing energy and engagement to the team.
