In the role of Production Engineer, you will work with support and development of the production process, with increased focus on manufacturability, optimized production flows, as well as review and improvement of machines and equipment.

Specifically, the responsibilities include

• Working on continuous improvements of equipment and processes through design solutions, efficiency enhancements, and quality assurance of processes.
• Implementing product changes and creating work instructions.
• Specifying the need for tools and fixtures, as well as commissioning new equipment.
• Providing technical support to assembly personnel during assembly work.
• Managing contact interfaces both internally and externally.

About you

You are structured, clear, and possess specialized knowledge in Production Engineering with experience in complex products. You enjoy working in teams and can lead yourself in daily work. We believe that you are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility. You are open to challenging existing methods to find new, effective solutions.

As a person, you are confident, self-driven, and proactive. You are good at communicating and have a desire for constant improvement. You can juggle multiple tasks and are not afraid of new challenges.

We would like you to have

• Relevant academic education focused on Production Engineering or other post-secondary education combined with good experience.
• At least three years of relevant work experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Good insight into and experience with production and production processes.
• Knowledge of composite technology and experience in automation are considered merits.
• Knowledge and experience of working with Lean Production.
