As a traveling service technician with us, you will work with service, calibration, and maintenance of technical systems used in the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare. The work is performed both at our service department in Hallstahammar and out at our customers' sites around the Nordic region. Travel primarily takes place during the work week.

With support from ServiceAdmin, you are responsible independently for the entire assignment – from planning and customer dialogue to execution, documentation, and handover of results. Here, every technician is an important representative of the company, and we place great value on our customers feeling secure and trusting in every interaction.

The computer is your primary work tool, and the equipment you work with includes among other things:

• Optical measuring instruments
• Process monitoring systems
• Temperature and humidity sensors

We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent and traveling role. It is crucial that you are comfortable working from home for a large part of the work week and that you enjoy variety and new environments.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• A high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Be self-motivated, structured, and service-oriented
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and experience with business travel

• Experience working with various software, preferably within calibration, service, or technical systems
• Basic IT knowledge and an interest in technology and systems
• Experience with or understanding of network-related settings, e.g., IP addresses, ports, and simple firewall configurations
• Previous experience with international service assignments

Employment is with Brookhaven Instruments AB. The position is located in Hallstahammar with frequent travel within Sweden and internationally. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
