Installationsgruppen i Stockholm AB was founded in 2002 and is still run by its founders. At Installationsgruppen, we exclusively work with sales, design, project management, and installation of telecommunications, data, fiber optics, alarms, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. Installationsgruppen manages projects and installs physical infrastructure. The installations vary in scope from total contracts down to minor service work. Installationsgruppen has extensive experience with complex projects with a strong customer focus. The business is growing, and we need to hire even more competent employees for Västerås.

As an installation technician at Installationsgruppen, you will primarily work with the installation of telecom, data, fiber, alarms, CCTV, and indoor coverage for 4G, 5G, and RAKEL. This involves cabling, performing installations, labeling, and documenting at our customers' sites, mostly located in the Mälaren Valley and Greater Stockholm area.

Sometimes we have assignments elsewhere in Sweden, and occasionally we have jobs abroad. Therefore, there will be considerable variation between larger and smaller projects and your workplace, so it is important that you enjoy changing environments from time to time.

We are looking for you who have a basic technical interest, talent for practical work, and most importantly – HIGH WORK ETHIC. If you have technical education and/or experience from similar work, that is of course meritorious, but absolutely most important is that you are a productive and result-oriented person who takes your work seriously. If you haven't worked with this specific type of technical installations before, you at least have the interest and ambition to learn and become as skilled as possible. Perhaps you have tried jobs in the construction industry as a carpenter or assembler, or perhaps you have experience from the IT world. Regardless of your background, your ambition is to deliver good craftsmanship, develop, and become proficient in what you do.
