About the role

As a Junior Technical Project Manager, you will become an important part of our Business Support function. You will work closely with customers, installation teams, development, and marketing to ensure that our deliveries and commissions are carried out in a structured and professional manner.

This role suits you if you like creating order, driving activities forward, and collaborating with many different people. You do not need to be a technical expert from the start – the most important thing is that you are curious, responsible, and eager to learn.

You will gradually grow into greater responsibility and have the opportunity to develop within both project management and technical deliveries.

Since Mabema works internationally, a large part of the daily communication takes place in English – both internally and externally with customers and partners. Therefore, it is important that you feel completely confident communicating professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan deliveries and installations together with customers and colleagues
• Serve as a contact person for the customer during project execution
• Support installation teams and internal functions in planning and follow-up
• Participate in quotation and RFQ work together with marketing and technical teams
• Help develop and improve working methods and processes
• Participate in planning service visits and follow-up on service agreements
• Contribute with structure, documentation, and follow-up in projects and deliveries

We believe you:

• Have a few years of experience in project management, coordination, or another responsible role
• Have preferably worked with budget work related to project management
• Have worked in an environment with many interfaces and parallel activities
• Are accustomed to taking responsibility and driving things forward
• Are communicative and enjoy dialogue with both customers and colleagues
• Have a strong interest in technology, industry, or complex products
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
• Have excellent knowledge of English and feel comfortable working in English daily in professional contexts

You may have a background in, for example, project management, industry, technology, production, logistics, service, customer projects, or similar. For us, the right attitude, drive, and development potential are more important than exact educational background.
