About MeetLab

MeetLab is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing agency specializing in professional appointment setters for companies across Europe.

We partner with ambitious companies in various industries — SaaS, HR, marketing, telecom, public procurement, finance, and more — to help them grow through qualified B2B meetings.

Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven appointment setters who are communicative, self-motivated, and inspired by creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales process. Your tasks include:

• Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with.
• Understanding client needs and matching them with the offered solutions.
• Working with modern tools: CRM, dialers, dashboards, etc.
• Following structured work methods and meeting clear targets.
• Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust.

Who Are You?

You are a perfect fit for this role if you:

• Have an interest in sales/appointment setting (experience is a plus but not required).
• Are communicative and able to build trust quickly.
• Are motivated by goals and clear results.
• Are self-driven and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Maintain a positive attitude even on challenging days.
• Master one or more European languages, such as:
  • English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, and more.
