About You

You have a genuine interest in drinks, flavors, and human connection. Behind the bar, you are both confident and present, working with tempo and precision without losing the personal touch in guest interaction. You know your classic cocktails, are eager to develop further, and see attention to detail as a natural part of the craft. For you, service is about reading the guest, being attentive, and creating an experience that feels personal.

You will be a central part of the restaurant's pulse, where the bar often sets the tone for the evening. Here, you work closely with the service and kitchen teams, maintaining clear communication and a shared focus on flow and quality. The pace can be fast, but we support each other, maintain structure, and ensure that both guests and colleagues feel seen and valued.
