About the role

You will handle customer contact via both incoming and outgoing calls as well as email. The role involves establishing contact, understanding needs, and booking meetings or the next steps in the process.

A significant part of the job involves handling incoming inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner, while actively working on following up and creating new contacts.

This is a role for you if you thrive in dialogue with people, enjoy a fast pace, and are motivated by making a difference in every interaction. Sales and customer service are a natural part of the daily routine.

You will become part of a team where drive, collaboration, and development are in focus, and where you will receive support and coaching along the way.

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian, or has previously worked towards Norway and has a good understanding of Norwegian without issues
• Is social, communicative, and confident in customer contact
• Thrives with both incoming and outgoing calls
• Has an interest in sales and/or customer service
• Is driven, curious, and wants to develop
• Environments where a lot is happening and where everything is not yet fully built

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement – the most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
