We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. The group employs approximately 850 people and generates a turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are authorized dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.

We operate through three different companies under one common brand – Toveks Bil.

We are looking for a Spare Parts Specialist to join our facility in Mariestad.

Your Responsibilities

As a Spare Parts Specialist, your main tasks will include ordering, storing, and delivering spare parts to our workshops and customers. You will greet customers at the counter, answer incoming calls and emails, support our technicians with spare parts, handle article pricing, and assist our service advisors with upselling and customer guidance. Within the workshop, we support each other and help out in various roles, such as calculating insurance claims, ordering parts, unpacking goods, etc.

The computer and its systems are your primary work tools. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the correct parts are ordered and returned when necessary.

A key part of your job is to make our customers feel welcome and ensure they receive the service and assistance they need from us.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in a service or sales role who thrives in a position with high customer contact. Previous experience working with spare parts in a similar role is an advantage. As a person, you are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in parallel. We also believe you are a proficient computer user and can easily adapt to new systems and tasks. With many years of experience in-house, you will receive both internal and external training.
