Concito Consulting is located in beautiful premises in Västra Hamnen and is a fast-growing company within B2B sales and digital marketing, working with well-known brands. Concito is expanding and has several major incoming projects, which is why we are looking for you with experience and passion for creating new business opportunities for our clients!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a meeting booker involves mapping the client's market, identifying a potential customer base, and processing this to book meetings for the client. We use the industry's leading CRM tools and place great emphasis on measurability and results.

Our meeting bookers thrive on sales dialogues, cold calling, and are motivated by the knowledge that they contribute to creating new business opportunities for our clients and impact their bottom line. We are now looking for you who have previous experience, as the goal is for you to take responsibility for your own projects – meaning the entire process, from prospecting and new customer acquisition to reviews and reporting to the client.

You will primarily perform the following tasks:

• Contact via phone and email
• CRM and administrative sales work
• Project responsibility and reporting internally and to the end client

To succeed in the role of consultant with us, you must be a structured, communicative, and quick-thinking person. Naturally, you are driven and take personal responsibility for maintaining a high work pace. To fit in with our clients, you are an open and easy-going person and a true team player. Since you will be in contact with senior executives, we expect you to have strong social skills.

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience in new customer acquisition within B2B.
• A structured work approach and a driven personality.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer and system proficiency.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position of meeting booker with project responsibility is a full-time permanent position with immediate start. Working hours are primarily Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00.
