Nurse Needed for Short-Term Care and BMSS in Uddevalla

Gullmarsgården in Uddevalla is looking for a new nurse.
The position is primarily during daytime hours, but includes on-call support for the staff.
We are a short-term care facility as well as BMSS (Housing with Special Service) according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Our target group consists of individuals with co-morbidity, specifically substance abuse and psychiatric conditions. We have a total of 15 clients. Our base is in Uddevalla, while our BMSS is located in Munkedal.
Our staff includes nursing assistants, behavioral scientists from various areas of psychosocial work, a HR manager, and a consulting physician.

The nurse's responsibilities include overseeing all healthcare (HSL) at the facility, medication management and delegation, supporting the team with healthcare issues, and participating in patient care meetings. You will work in close collaboration with the team, our consulting physician, HR manager, and director/CEO.
The employer is private and has a collective agreement through Vårdföretagarna (The Swedish Healthcare Employers' Association).
