As the KMA (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety) Manager, you will be based at Kiesel's office in Gunnilse, with great flexibility to work from home. The role is initially 50%, and you will work closely with the CEO and operations to ensure the company meets requirements within quality, environment, and occupational health & safety, with a special focus on work according to FR2000 and ISO standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive and develop the company's KMA work
• Ensure compliance with FR2000 and relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001/14001)
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits
• Create, structure, and follow up on KMA documentation
• Support operations in matters related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety
• Identify areas for improvement and develop working methods and routines

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have relevant education in KMA, quality, environment, or occupational health & safety – or are currently studying in the field
• Have experience working with FR2000 and/or ISO standards, or have a good theoretical understanding
• Have a good understanding of regulations and legal requirements in the field
• Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
