J Gruppen is expanding in Europe and the Middle East and is now looking for several traveling installers who want to contribute to large, international projects. At us, no week is like the other: one week you install a crane system in Norway, the next month you are on an Autostore installation in Denmark, and then a conveyor system in the USA.

You will become part of a tight team of colleagues who together handle some of the industry's largest and most technical assignments.

We are an independent contractor within mechanical and electrical installations with headquarters in Sweden and offices in the USA and Dubai. We have assignments primarily in Sweden, the USA, Norway, Denmark, and Finland — and in addition, ongoing projects on other international markets. Our customers are the world's largest system integrators, and we are specialists in the installation and maintenance of crane systems, conveyor systems, and Autostore.

What you will do here

• Autostore — install the robot warehouses that the world's largest e-commerce companies build their operations on
• Conveyor — build transport systems and roller conveyors in automated warehouses and production facilities
• Crane — install crane and lifting systems in heavy industrial and production environments
• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot facilities at customer sites
• Read and follow assembly and manufacturing drawings
• Work in tight teams — both with Swedish and international colleagues

We are looking for you who

• Have a technical background (industry, mechanics, automation, construction, or similar)
• Enjoy working with your hands and are accustomed to using tools
• Are comfortable working at heights
• Speak English at least at B1 level (Swedish is a plus)
• Have a Category B driver's license — C and CE are meritorious
• Want to travel and meet new environments, both nationally and internationally

Meritorious

• Experience in industrial assembly, crane, conveyor, or Autostore installation
• Forklift license, lift, hot work, or welding certificates
• Tax number in Sweden, Norway, or Finland
