We are looking for an engaged and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our rapidly growing chain – ChopChop!

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are a key member of our management team. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you lead daily operations and motivate the team to achieve high goals while maintaining a joyful work environment. You will work closely with our guests and colleagues to ensure that we deliver on our three key words every day: Good. Fast. Simple.

ChopChop is Europe's first Asian drive-thru, founded in 2011. Today, we have locations at 43 spots across Sweden – and more are coming! We offer our guests delicious food made from high-quality ingredients, providing an experience that goes beyond ordinary fast food.

Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are a vital part of the team and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to foster growth in both people and results. You lead daily operations, plan schedules, and ensure that both guests and colleagues are happy. With a focus on service, quality, and job satisfaction, you keep the restaurant running at its best – every day!

Together with the team, you will drive the following:

• Drive the restaurant towards set goals through clear action plans.
• Lead the team in daily work and serve as a role model in both service and job satisfaction.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure a high level of customer interaction and service.
• Be responsible for routines regarding quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to local marketing and sales activities.
• Actively monitor results and drive improvements.

Who Are You?

You are a natural leader with at least one to two years of experience in personnel responsibility, preferably within the restaurant or service industry. In your role, you thrive on taking responsibility, making decisions, and genuinely impacting results. You are structured, solution-focused, and have a strong drive to work towards clear goals. Your positive energy is contagious, and you have the ability to motivate and inspire others to do their best. Since we operate in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, prior experience from the restaurant or service industry is essential – we view this as a basic requirement.
