Your Role

As a Production Engineer, you will work with support and development of the production process, with an increased focus on manufacturability, optimized production flows, as well as review and improvement of machinery and equipment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work on continuous improvements of equipment and processes through design solutions, efficiency enhancements, and quality assurance of processes.
• Implement product changes and create work instructions.
• Specify requirements for tools and fixtures, and commission new equipment.
• Provide technical support to assembly personnel during assembly work.
• Manage contact interfaces both internally and externally.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest. You thrive in team environments but also have the ability to drive your work forward independently. You possess high competence in production engineering and experience with complex products. You are open to challenging existing working methods to find new, effective solutions.

For this role, we prefer that you have:

• Relevant academic education focused on production engineering or other post-secondary education combined with good experience.
• At least three years of relevant work experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Experience and good insight into production and production processes.
• Knowledge and experience working with Lean Production.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge in composite technology and experience in automation are considered meritorious.
