Your employment offer
At Thermia, you will get an independent specialist role where you use your experience to solve technically complex cases, support dealers, and contribute to developing our work forward. You will work closely with service, sales, quality, and development, making you a vital link between the field and the organization. This role suits you if you enjoy being out in the field, want to maintain your connection to the technology, but also desire greater opportunities to influence, share your expertise, and work more consultatively than in a traditional service technician role.
In this role, you are offered competence development, career opportunities, and a flexible workplace. Your closest colleagues are located in Örebro. You will be there approximately one day a week when not visiting our customers. Occasionally, you will also visit our headquarters in Arvika, where your manager and several other colleagues are based.
Your responsibilities
You will among other things:
- investigate technical and quality-related cases at dealers and installers
- perform advanced troubleshooting, measurements, and analysis of heat pump systems
- document cases and suggest relevant actions
- provide technical support and assist dealers with complex issues
- contribute field insights to internal teams and improvement work
- represent Thermia professionally in contact with customers and partners
Worth knowing
We offer a well-thought-out introduction, support from internal specialists, and good opportunities for continued development. You will have an independent role with flexibility in planning, the right work tools, and clear prerequisites for travel and field work.
The role involves travel throughout Sweden, primarily within the Mälaren Valley and surrounding areas. You will be traveling on average 3-4 days per week.
Our expectations
To succeed in this role, you have a relevant technical education in areas such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical engineering, energy, or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience from the heat pump industry, preferably as a technician, service technician, installer, or in technical support.
We would like you to have good experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and analyzing various types of heat pump systems, as well as a strong technical understanding of heat pump technology, control systems, and installations. As a person, you work in a structured and independent manner, have a clear customer focus, and feel confident guiding and supporting dealers with technical questions.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, are accustomed to working in digital systems, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B). Since the role involves travel, we also see that you thrive in a mobile daily routine and in meeting people.
