Do you enjoy building smart solutions that are actually used in the real world? For our client Troax, we are now looking for a frontend developer who wants to help develop internal systems that make a difference – every day.

As a frontend developer at Troax, you play a key role in developing and improving internal IT solutions. You work closely with the business and build systems that are easy to use, stable, and ready for the future.

This is not just about code – it’s about making work easier for others.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Developing and maintaining internal web applications
• Creating new digital solutions (web, internal tools, apps)
• Collaborating with backend, IT, and users
• Participating in requirements gathering, design, and implementation
• Contributing to technical decisions and improving workflows
• Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge within the team
• Troubleshooting and supporting existing systems

• You work both independently and as part of a team
• You take initiative (you don’t wait for someone to say “go”)
• You think long-term – the systems you build are truly important

The position is based in Värnamo, close to both the IT team and the business operations.

• Has experience in frontend development
• Has several years of experience with Python
• Has good knowledge of JavaScript
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
• Is accustomed to taking initiative and working in teams

• SQL (e.g., SQL Server, T-SQL)
• REST API (e.g., FastAPI)
• C#, VBA, or Angular
• CI/CD, Docker, and Git
• Experience with business systems or the manufacturing industry
