About the role

As a Client Delivery Manager, you have an independent and central role where you are responsible for customer engagement and operational delivery. The role is a combination of project management and service delivery, meaning you both drive implementation projects and are responsible for the customer relationship during the management and support phases.

You have overall responsibility for customer engagement – from planning and implementation to long-term development, roadmap, and business strategy. You act as the customer's primary point of contact and ensure that the delivery maintains high quality, while building strong and long-term relationships.

The role offers great freedom to shape your own work, and you work closely with both internal teams and customers. You handle multiple customers in parallel, creating a varied and developmentally rewarding daily routine where you get to work with cutting-edge innovative products.

You will become part of an international team with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands. The role involves close collaboration with both local and global functions, giving you the opportunity to influence and develop both working methods and customer relationships.

Main responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for customer engagement and delivery
• Be responsible for customer relations, expectation management, and communication
• Own the budget, forecast, and P&L for your assignments
• Drive implementation projects and manage ongoing Service Delivery
• Identify and drive upselling of services and support product sales
• Plan and coordinate deliveries across multiple teams and functions
• Ensure progress and manage risks, issues, and deviations
• Estimation, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing
• Act as the “voice of the customer” internally
• Collaborate closely with the support organization and follow up on incident and problem management

You have a background in project management and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, business understanding, and relationship building. You are self-reliant and confident in taking responsibility for both delivery and customer dialogue.

We also look for:

• An academic degree, preferably in project management
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Experience with software deliveries and SaaS solutions
• Good knowledge of budget and forecast management
• Good skills in planning, follow-up, and reporting
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Swedish is an advantage as several customers are Swedish-speaking
