Make a difference in students' daily lives in a service-oriented role

📅 Period: Fixed-term position 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2027

We are currently looking for a Student Host for our properties in Gothenburg. In this role, you will become part of our local team and work closely with our students to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.

About the role

As a Student Host, you work closely with our customers and are responsible for providing good service in the area. The work is partly independent and includes both administrative and practical tasks related to daily operations.

Typical responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparations and execution of customer move-ins and move-outs
• Handle administrative fault reports
• Investigate and handle disturbance cases
• Organize and support local social events for our students
• Administrative tasks such as invoice handling and work orders
• Answer questions from residents via meetings, email, and phone
• Collaborate with contractors
• Conduct apartment inspections
• Responsible for key management
