We are looking for a Parts Specialist for a temporary position with an immediate start. This role is central to our service market operations and suits you if you have experience in parts handling within the automotive industry and thrive in a structured and responsible role.

This is a temporary position due to sick leave. We prefer a long-term collaboration, and for the right person, there may be opportunities for other openings within the company in the future.

Responsibilities

• Registration and administration of spare parts in business systems
• Purchasing of stocked spare parts and follow-up against main warehouse
• Ensuring reorder points, stock quantities, and price adjustments
• Order, warranty, and some RMA handling
• Ensuring access to manuals and exploded view diagrams
• Support with Direct Delivery orders
• Contribute to continuous improvements

Who are you?

• You have a high school education and previous experience from the automotive industry, with good familiarity in spare parts handling
• You are proficient with computers and phones, and have experience with business systems, preferably Pyramid
• You are structured, responsible, and good at planning and prioritizing
• You are customer-oriented with a professional attitude
• You enjoy collaboration, are unpretentious, and solution-oriented

Other Information

• Location in Sollebrunn or Mölndal
• Hybrid work is possible, but the role is based at the specified location
• The position is a full-time temporary role with an immediate start.
• The duration is estimated at approximately 6–12 months, or as long as the permanent holder is absent
