Kaizu is now looking for a Restaurant Assistant to join our team in the heart of Växjö city.

Kaizu is a modern sushi concept featuring creative flavors, a stylish environment, and a focus on the holistic experience. At Kaizu, both the food and the service are at the center of what we do. We want every guest to have an experience that feels thoughtful from start to finish.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Restaurant Assistant, you will become an important part of the team and the guest experience. The pace can be fast during service, but we work together and support each other throughout the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Handling cash register and takeaway
• Serving and customer service
• Maintaining the restaurant clean and organized
• Dishwashing and cleaning during service
• Assisting with simple preparations
• Ensuring guests have a truly great experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, positive, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is responsible and punctual
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys order
• Loves food, service, and people
• Is available to work evenings and weekends

Previous experience in a restaurant or café is an advantage but not a requirement — the right attitude and energy are most important to us.

⏰ Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Extra as needed
