Newrest Inflight Sweden AB is now looking for an engaged and structured Supply Supervisor to join our operations in Arlandastad.

About the Role

As a Supply Supervisor, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations within supply/warehouse. You ensure that all processes function efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established procedures. In the absence of the Supply Chain Manager, you will also act as their deputy.

You work closely with team leaders and other staff to plan and execute daily tasks, ensuring high quality, safety, and delivery precision.

Main Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Leadership

• Responsible for and follow up on daily supply operations
• Lead the department in the absence of the Supply Chain Manager
• Participate in and lead morning meetings
• Ensure correct registration in business systems (WR, Kelio, etc.)
• Distribute tasks and support the team in daily work
• Ensure everyone works according to current safety procedures and uses the correct protective equipment

Warehouse Management (Stores Operations)

• Pick and deliver goods as needed
• Register temperatures and handle deviations
• Responsible for thawing and correct labeling of products
• Conduct regular inventory checks
• Identify products with short shelf life and minimize waste
• Report and register waste

Goods Receiving (Receiving Operations)

• Receive and check deliveries (quantity, quality, temperature, and price)
• Register receipts and invoices in the system
• Handle deviations, claims, and credits
• Ensure correct placement of goods in the warehouse

Purchasing

• Place orders according to needs and schedule
• Handle backorders and suggest substitute products
• Communicate changes to the team and production

Quality, Safety & Hygiene (QHSE)

• Follow and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
• Work according to company policies for food safety and occupational health
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report risks, injuries, or deviations

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
• Has leadership experience or is ready to take the next step
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Is proficient with systems (preferably experience with warehouse or business systems)
• Has good communication skills and thrives in a team environment
• Has a strong focus on safety and quality

- Ensure to take all corrections and corrective actions necessary to correct occurred non-conformities within area of responsibilities and fill necessary documentation regarding this.”
