ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a global defense and security company active in air, land, and naval defense, civil security, and commercial aviation technology. They are technically leading in many areas, with one-fifth of their revenue going to research and development. In the role of Production Engineer, you will be part of a team of 10 people responsible for the production technical issues regarding electronics production. You will work with complex electronic products used in both civilian and military aviation, collaborating closely with various parties such as procurement, development, and suppliers.

Your overarching responsibility is to develop and automate production processes through efficiency improvements and the elimination of waste. This includes, among other things:

• Analyzing and developing corrective actions for production technical problems
• Creating documentation, routines, and instructions
• Troubleshooting and developing tools, fixtures, and test equipment
• Providing technical support to production
• Communicating with suppliers and customers

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have a relevant post-secondary education in production technology, industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or electronics
• Have at least one year of work experience in production technical work
• Have an interest in and understanding of technology in general, and electronics in particular
• Have fluent skills in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT

This position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by Friday.
