Your responsibilities
As a consulting manager, you have a clear focus on selling our staffing solutions within blue collar – primarily towards industry and logistics. You work actively to find new customers, book meetings, drive dialogues and create collaborations that deliver results.
The role is a 360‑role, which means that over time you take broader ownership: from prospecting to building the team of consultants who deliver at the customer. You get the opportunity to grow in responsibility and broaden your assignment as you succeed in business.
Your main tasks will be:
- Prospecting and mapping the market in Västra Götaland
- Building and developing long-term customer relationships within industry and logistics
- Advertising, selection and interviews
- Recruitment, employment and onboarding of consultants
- Personnel administration (staffing of assignments, time reports etc.)
- Coaching and personnel responsibility for consultants out on assignments
- Being out and meeting customers and consultants in their daily work
- Helping your colleagues – we do this as a team
Your background
You may have worked with sales, staffing or consulting previously – or you have acquired your business understanding in another way. The most important thing for us is that you have drive, like tempo and are triggered by creating business and building relationships.
You have a clear customer focus, dare to reach out and follow up. You like to win – but you do it fairly, with energy and with your heart in the right place.
Experience from production, industry or warehousing is meritorious as you can more easily understand the customer's daily life and needs.
A driver's license is a requirement, as the role involves travel to customers and consultants. You also need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
