Training Manager for Driving School

Makina Driving School AB is now looking for an approved driving instructor and training manager.

If you also hold the B96, BE, RiskEttan, Introductory Training, and AM/snowmobile qualifications and are approved as an instructor for these, it is highly meritorious.

It is important that you put the student at the center of your work and uphold high quality in the education. Safety and security are high priorities at the driving school.

You will be a key part of the company's continued development, and there is ample room for personal growth in this professional role.

The salary is set individually.

As an instructor, you must be pedagogical, positive, patient, and able to handle stressful situations. You should also be able to tailor the students' education to their individual needs.

You must master Swedish in both speech and writing. Additional language skills are a big plus.

You should be independent and responsible. We prefer that you have a few years of experience as a driving instructor.

Working hours are flexible according to ÖK (Collective Agreement), with normal hours being 08:00–17:00.

Computer proficiency is a requirement as we work with digital training cards in Teoricentralen.

Responsibilities include all tasks involved in a small driving school, from enrolling new students to helping them reach their goals. You take responsibility and are open and friendly towards customers.

It is important that you show full respect for individuals regardless of gender or background.
