We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager for Production & Coordination for a comprehensive and socially important infrastructure project in a metropolitan area. In the role of Project Manager Production & Coordination, you will become a central part of the project's leadership and work closely with the Project Director. You are responsible for coordinating production between several sub-projects and ensuring that the project is driven forward according to set goals.

You have a key role in holding the whole together – from scheduling and economics to risk, working environment, and coordination between the project's different parts and contractors.

• Support the Project Director, Project Managers, and Sub-project Managers in the implementation of the project
• Coordinate production between several sub-projects and contractors
• Plan and lead production councils and preparatory groups
• Follow up on issues related to schedules, risks, and coordination
• Manage interfaces between different parts of the project
• Prepare decision materials and initiate decisions
• Drive investigations and development efforts as needed
• Elevate strategic issues to the project leadership

Essential Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in roles/assignments from construction or infrastructure projects, preferably as Project Director, Production Manager, Site Manager, Contract Manager, or Project Manager
• At least 12 years of experience working in large (over 300 million SEK) complex projects with many stakeholders

• Academic education in construction and civil engineering, civil engineering, or university college engineering
• At least 5 years of experience working as a client or client representative
