We are growing and are now looking for additional psychologists to join our team at Aleris Psychiatry and Psychology in Stockholm. For this position, we are seeking one to two psychologists with extensive experience in neuropsychiatric assessments of children/adolescents, as well as adults. Psychological treatment for common psychiatric conditions may also be part of the role.

About Us
At Aleris Psychiatry and Psychology, patients are referred via insurance companies, privately, or through agreements. We always put the patient at the center and have a strong focus on ensuring that patients and their relatives receive a warm welcome, high-quality care, and coordinated contact at the clinic.

Our team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and medical secretaries. We work in a pleasant environment where we all contribute to the further development of the practice. Today, we have 9 employees at the unit, but in the autumn, we will expand with more colleagues and professional groups.

The premises are currently located at Hötorget, but from the summer of 2026, the practice will move to larger, newly renovated facilities at Sabbatsberg Hospital near Odenplan.

The Role
We are now looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in neuropsychiatric assessments of children, adolescents, and preferably adults. Your main tasks will consist of neuropsychiatric assessments. At the same time, psychological treatment for children and adults may also become relevant. Since we are a relatively new and growing clinic, you will also play an important role in the work to further develop the practice.

A Week at Work
A week with us is often varied. Most days you work focused on patients in neuropsychiatric assessment, while other days may involve meeting private-paying patients for general psychiatric assessment and treatment. If you wish, and if the workload allows, you can work from home one day a week. On Wednesdays, you present a complex case at our treatment conference and receive help to move forward, and you give tips, advice, and perspectives on your colleagues' cases. You identify needs in the practice and take responsibility for developing an initiative. Someone else may have an idea that you agree to start testing. Finally, you have coffee and chat about high and low points, and help each other tidy up.

About You

Requirements for the position

• Licensed psychologist with at least 3 years of work experience
• Experience in neuropsychiatric assessments of children and adolescents

Meritorious

• Experience in psychological treatment of children and/or adults
• Interest in business and organizational development

Personal qualities - to thrive in this role you should be:

• Confident in your role as a psychologist and accustomed to seeing patients independently
• Accustomed to adapting interventions for patients based on care level and individual needs
• Willing to perform both assessments and treatments as needed, and see both children and adults
• Flexible and open to taking on new tasks and changing work methods - such as leading groups/lectures, meeting new patient groups, and updating routines as needed
• Proficient in computer skills and able to switch between technical systems
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Employment Terms
Employment type: Permanent position, starting with a 6-month probation period.
Scope: Full-time/part-time.
Start date: As agreed.
Salary: Individual salary setting.

Collective agreement applies.

Evening work may be relevant.
